Return & Refund Policy – Marbre Paris
1. General Information
Marbre Paris operates as an online store. All purchases are subject to EU distance selling regulations.
2. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing any reason.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the products within 14 days.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- All tags and labels must still be attached
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Hygiene-sensitive items where the seal has been broken (if applicable)
5. Return Procedure
To start a return:
- Contact our customer service with your order number
- You will receive return instructions and the return address
- Ship the item back according to the instructions provided
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered, Marbre Paris will cover return shipping costs
7. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 14 days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
All refunds are issued in the same currency used at purchase (EUR).
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
